This SHIP Training will feature the Shamanic Breathwork process and six powerful initiations that will support you in awakening your shamanic consciousness in everyday life! Each segment will feature shamanic teachings, experiential processes, and various rituals & ceremonies that will support you in shifting emotional and mental patterning; propelling you into living a more whole and fulfilling life.
In union with the breath, you will undertake a journey through the Five Elements, initiated in ceremony and surrounded by a loving tribe. On this path of personal healing, we will become empowered to heal ourselves. Breathwork, ceremony, and the natural power of Teotihuacan Sacred Sites will support you in dying to that which no longer serves you, and support you in giving birth to who you came here to be.

What is S.H.I.P.?
The Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process (S.H.I.P.) is a series of five highly transformative initiations designed to awaken The Aquarian Shaman. Connected to the elemental world, each initiation will support you in releasing old programming, shape-shifting your own consciousness, and transforming your life.
Elemental Initiations
1. Water: The Sacred Wheel of Life and The Spiral Path
Each time we come back to something, we come back changed. Constant renewal is the shamanic path - the spiral of life. Everything in the universe flows in a spiral. Here we get settled in and see what’s stirred up in ourselves, as we are new in the space and like water, fluid. We connect with our new community and to the new practices.
2. Earth: Honoring the Ancestors and Re-membering the Cosmic Tree of Life
The family we choose is our family of choice. We begin to release the blocks and barriers of our own heart - the habits, patterns, and traumas or wounds developed from our family of origin. Here we see in a solid way what they are, and how to free ourselves. We tap into these family roots, and the interconnectedness of the tree of life as we embrace family and friends.
3. Fire: Soul Loss and Reclaiming the Shadow
Here we shine a light on our dark places - what’s beneath the surface, what’s following you, and what you can’t see. Fire transforms all it touches. In an intense and cathartic initiation, we use the power of fire to burn away our patterns; to release anger, frustration and blame; and finally come to a come to a warm heart space.
4. Spirit: Opening to the Beloved- Contacting your Spiritual Helpers and Guides
We all possess an inner beloved and have the capacity to connect to the divine. Here we learn to love our ourselves, our innate gifts and our inner other. Now that we have cleared so much, it is time to see how much we can open our hearts to our own inner self - that part of you that you show up for. Connecting to our inner masculine or feminine, we experience the union of duality.
5. Air: Awakening the Aquarian Shaman
The deepest human longing is discovering what we are here to do and why. We embrace forward movement - becoming empowered agents of change and enabled in our mission. Here we accept the seat of a teacher and learn how to carry this role forward into the world. We step into being the best versions of ourselves as we finally connect to our true life purpose.
These initiations will support in creating sacred space- a safe container where you will deepen your personal transformation with the Shamanic Breathwork® Process. The Shamanic Breathwork Process is a safe and powerful healing ceremony that allows you to personally connect with and activate each initiation into your own heart and psyche. Using cyclical breathing, chakra-attuned music, focused bodywork, artistic expression, and community sharing, the Shamanic Breathwork Process will accelerate your own personal transformation and awaken your own shamanic consciousness.

What's Included
This 14 Day immersion will take you through the Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process (SHIP). The program is a series of five transformative initiations based on the 5 Elements. This highly experiential process taps into your inner self, releasing blocks to higher love and wisdom. As you re-integrate through embodiment of the 5 Elements, you will be set free to stand in the truth of your authentic being and walk a path with heart. You will journey beyond the limitations of ego identity and shape-shift into your sacred soul purpose.
You will have highly skilled facilitators to ensure a safe and meaningful journey. The founder and director of Shamanic Breathwork, Linda Star Wolf, and The Venus Rising Team teach in a blend of ancient traditions and modern methodologies. They bring to you open, loving hearts and minds, willing to support and travel with you wherever you need to go. Along with your initiation into Shamanic Breathwork, you will begin to learn Shamanic Breathwork facilitation skills. Additional practices could include Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Astrology, Shamanic Ceremonies, and other activities providing spiritual integration and a well-rounded experience touching body, mind, heart, and spirit.
Surrounded by a high-vibrational community of change-makers and visionaries, the space will be held for you to develop a connection to your own inner healer and move into an incredible new level of shamanic understanding. You will find purpose, develop new skills, heal old wounds, learn more about yourself, find a tribe of like-minded seekers, and delve deep into yourself through the breath.
Each of the five S.H.I.P. initiations features a Shamanic Breathwork journey, utilizing the breath, sound healing through chakra-attuned music, energetic bodywork, soul return and extraction, shamanic art processes, scribing and group processing. Journeyers enter an altered state of consciousness that transforms and integrates trauma experienced earlier in life; creates a connection with their soul and spirit guides; and receive visions about their sacred purpose in the world. You will walk between the worlds: working on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels as you learn to embody the elements.
During the Shamanic Breathwork Ceremonies you will have the guidance of the teachers, as well as the support of a co-journeyer - a fellow student who will assist you with whatever you need during your psycho-spiritual voyage. You will switch roles with your partner halfway through the day, helping to create a nurturing, supportive, and safe space in which all participants can grow together as a community. Upon completion of the elemental journeys, you can feel fully embodied through each Shamanic Breathwork experience.

The Dreaming House
During our two weeks together, we will be nestled within the spacious and lovely Dream House Retreat Center. Tucked within the heart San Sebastian, and only one mile away from the sacred sites of Teotihuacan, the Dreaming House will be our private home and sanctuary throughout our training and initiatory process. This spiritually aligned retreat center will cater all of our shared meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and provide our group with transportation (to and from the airport, and to the sacred sites), making it the perfect space to drop in, transform, heal and awaken your inner shaman!

Accomodations
Vibrant, colorful accommodations will greet you at The Dreaming House. The housing will make you feel right at home, blissed and snug while meshed into the synergy of the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, All housing is onsite, nestled in the sacred space of the retreat center. Together in this magical environment, we’ll have the opportunity to laugh, learn, and bond with our shamanic tribe.
Accommodations are shared in spacious, clean and comfortable rooms housing 2 - 3 students. A fabulous shared experience.
**Staying at The Dreaming House is a requirement for the training. Limited private rooms available for an upcharge.
Food
Included in your program cost are three healthy and delicious homemade buffet-style meals a day.
The meal menu will consist of a variety of foods to meets the many varying diets of the world. Foods will be include a delightful array of vegan, and meat options.
Community meals will be perfect for getting to know your fellow tribe members and exploring the natural beauty of the retreat center grounds, either together or alone. Fresh and healthy as can be, mealtime will be a highlight of your stay here.

*This course will be running simultaneously as both SHIP and Skills trainings happening side by side. This means we have two separate trainings taking place at the same time, however both groups will be in sacred ritual and ceremony together and then go off into their own classrooms for the teachings. During our Dual Trainings, Venus Rising brings in more staff, which allows for a greater diversity and support than our other single programs. The result is a bigger container and a more dynamic experience for everyone.

Linda Star Wolf
Linda Star Wolf has been a visionary teacher and shamanic guide to thousands of people over the last 35 years. Star Wolf created the Shamanic Breathwork Process as a synthesis of her personal exploration and direct healing experiences with breathwork, shamanic wisdom, depth psychology and addictions recovery methods. With over 30 years of recovery from her own experience with addictions, Star Wolf has dedicated her life to helping others to release dysfunctional patterns of all kinds and to radically transform their lives. Nikólaus Wolf
Nikólaus Wolf holds a Master’s Degree from Venus Rising University in Shamanic Psycho- Spiritual Studies. He is the Co-Founder of the Shamanic Mystery Tours Company and Co-Director for Venus Rising. As Co-Founder of the Shamanic Mystery Tours Company, Nikólaus has facilitated shamanic journeys all across the world. Locations include places such as Bali, Mexico, Egypt and Peru. Nikó is a Master Shamanic Breathwork Practitioner and an Ordained Shamanic Priest and Minister through Venus Rising Association and Congregation for Transformation. As Venus Rising’s Co-Director, Nikólaus coordinates global events and is a lead trainer in Venus Rising's training programs. Nikó has served as Venus Rising’s Transformation House Staff and he has facilitated Venus Rising internships—mentoring and encouraging individuals to discover their Soul’s Purpose and follow their Holy Longing.

Judy Redhawk has a PhD in clinical psychology. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984, and cultivated her private psychology practice in Pittsburgh from 1996 to present date— working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is a drama therapist, specializing in psychodrama. Redhawk has supported hundreds of thousands of seekers use art to journey into their hearts. Merging her professional and clinical experience with her shamanic spiritual practice, Redhawk brings forth a rich and integrative perspective on art and shamanic psycho-spiritual studies. Through the fusion of her two passions—clinical psychotherapy and shamanic studies—Redhawk is able to walk between the world and gift readers with an integrative voice on how to use art and art processes to move through blockages, heal trauma, and create a life of freedom, wholeness, and inspiration.

Sandy Roberts
Sandy provides her 40 years of experience as NursePractitioner in Women’s health and combines Herbalism, shamanic healing in her medical practice. Sandy is passionate about helping others heal themselves. She is the Gardener in Residence at Neteru Landing. As a staff member of Venus Rising is a Supervisor and a Mentor of the Master Practitioner Program. Sandy is currently a Doctorate Candidate in the Shamanic Psycho Spiritual Studies at Venus Rising University
